Veteran Resource Services, Inc. is working to provide both temporal and long-term housing for veterans.

Temporary housing will be provided for those veterans who are actively participating in any training program that is offered by VRS.  (Please note that training and housing is under development at this time)..  As training programs and jobs are developed, temporal housing will be established.

VRS is proud to announce its first long-term housing facility in California.  This home provides shelter for up to 10 women veterans and is scheduled to officially open in February 2017.  A second house in the surrounding area is being sought for males and will be announced when appropriate.  The housing component of VRS is directed by Mrs. Chandra Ware from Texas under the organizational name of NEW SEASONS.

Additional housing is under development in Central Florida and will be announced as it becomes available.

NOTE:  VRS is NOT able to provide emergency shelter at this time.  However, if you as a veteran, or you as a veteran family member find yourself without shelter, please click on the link to the right or contact your local Homeless Shelter!

Finances - What are the costs?

The ultimate vision of Veteran Resource Services, Inc. is to provide long term housing to veterans in the form of single family dwellings, duplexes, and apartments.  We are currently seeking land in Florida, Colorado, and Texas where we can begin construction.  A partnership with Omega Ranch has resulted in the lease of 42 acres on which to build houses.  John Porterfield, an architect, has donated the first floor plans to help us get started!  Donors or investors are encouraged to contact us for an opportunity to invest in our heroes!
